Feedback: “On behalf of Medical Technology Association of New Zealand (MTANZ) and the New Zealand Dental industry I would like to thank Austin's for providing outstanding catering and service at our recent Expo held at the Viaduct Events Centre.

Austin's have a reputation for superb catering and we were certainly not let down. Dental Expo has very specific catering requirements for the evening function which attracts approximately 800 guests over the course of the evening. As the majority of guests were already on site enjoying the Expo, the challenge was to seamlessly tray serve the drinks and canapés throughout the exhibition hall. Austin's planning and execution was spot on, the staff were professional and by all accounts Austin's far exceeded our expectations.

We have had positive feedback from the sponsor, industry and Expo attendees and they are not an easy clientele to please, so well done.

On a more personal note I would like to say thank you for being so supportive and offering your industry knowledge throughout the relatively long planning process — you have been a joy to work with.

Well done again and I look forward to continuing our association for future events.”

Feedback: “The Designers Institute of New Zealand holds its Best Design Awards annually attracting 700 + attendees expecting a wonderful evening. In over a decade Austin's have been our preferred caterers...not that we don’t request quotes from other suppliers to keep them honest J - but we always use Austin's. The reason being is that we trust the communication (so what we expect is what we get), the service on the night is attentive and always professional, Austin's ensure they meet every dietary requirement, and the food is always simply delicious…every year !!!”

We have received such wonderful comments on the evening from both the committee and delegates. The service delivery from your team was exceptional. We ran late (with too many speeches!) and your team accommodated for this and made up the time later in the evening.

Feedback: Just wanted to say a huge thanks for last night; the girls were super friendly and lovely, and everything went really smoothly. I know it’s a little blip on your events, but it makes my job easier when I don’t have to worry about catering. Food was amazing J I was tempted to eat more but sadly had to let the CEO’s have first dibs! Thanks again for all of your help.

Feedback:Jill and I would like to pass on our formal thanks to you, Olwyn and your full team who catered for three of our functions during the RANZCR Meeting last week. The food was incredible, the presentation of your staff and their service was faultless. Our full Organising Committee were at a debrief meeting on Sunday and were amazed that food of that calibre could even be produced by a mobile kitchen. Two of our committee are vegetarians and stated that they usually dreaded conference food, but were blown away by the vegetarian options provided.

Our (mainly medical conference) clients have very high expectations of food and wine at their dinners, and Jill and I were confident that Austin's was the only caterer who could provide this overall service delivery level for the client. You did not disappoint us! From the attention to detail and flexibility when planning the menus, to the onsite service delivery and the amazing food, it was a pleasure to deal with you. We look forward to working with you in the future Cyril, and hope to catch up with you soon.

Feedback:So many thanks for a really special party last night. The staff were excellent and everyone enjoyed the food so much and as you know there was nothing left. So they all ate very well , several of the guests wanted to know who did the food so lots of praise for the Chefs.
